maggie holmes photo filters and a little fondue

I fell in love with the Maggie Holmes Crate Paper line at CHA and was finally able to get some of these cool Instagram looking filters. They are clear acetate with shading and water marks. I used one to layer my title onto, but they look so cool over photos too. Though I felt like hoarding these until the end of time because I love them so much, I went ahead and used one.

I created this page with a Pagemaps sketch and followed along with the coloursuite color scheme of yellow, green, pink and navy for the Pagemaps colorsuite challenge.

We have a little valentine's day tradition at our house. The restaurants are always packed on the actual holiday so Mike and I wait until the weekend to go out. On the actual holiday we have fondue for dinner-cheese fondue. We generally eat our fill of apples and bread dipped in smoky cheese sauce before we even get to the chicken or veggies. The kids love this tradition!

Haha, you felt like hoarding the frames until the end of time...too funny. So glad you broke the pkg open for us, it totally works on your layout. And what a great tradition to have btw. We always bake heart shaped mini pizzas at home, no use going out for mediocre food, that you have to wait an hour for right?! Thanks for linking up with us at Use It Tuesday.
