Phase 10 Challenge

My last entry this week for the Scrapbook Nook Card Sharks Challenge. The phase 10 challenge started with a card base.

Phase 1: CREATE the base of the card using these 4 elements:

1 pp background
1 block of pp or cardstock
1 strip of paper or trim
1 decorative edge

Phase 2: EMBELLISH your card from PHASE ONE base.
